This aged Balsamic Vinegar is amazingly complex, with layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee extract.

Uses: It makes a fantastic glaze or bar-b-que base for pork, beef or chicken. Add a shot to an “affogatto float”, which calls for a tall mug of vanilla gelato scoops covered with coffee. Brush lamb chops and ribeye steaks before grilling for an amazing crust and flavor! Drizzle over brownies before serving. Add to Irish stew and beef broth based soups for added richness.

Pairings: garlic, Tuscan herb, olive wood smoked, black pepper, and chipotle infused olive oil

 Ingredients: Grape must, wine vinegar, natural flavors, naturally occurring sulfites. No caramel color or additional ingredients.
