French Onion Soup Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar (11 oz) Terrapin Ridge Farms Balsamic Onion Jam

  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, at room temperature

  • 1 cup (4 oz) shredded Gruyere cheese

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, plus more for garnish (optional)

  • 4 slices cooked bacon, finely chopped (1/4 cup)

  • Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper

  • Crostini, crackers, and/or crudités, for serving

Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F. 2️⃣ In a mixing bowl, combine Balsamic Onion Jam, cream cheese, Gruyere, sour cream, thyme, half of the bacon, and a few cracks of black pepper. 3️⃣ Transfer to a small baking dish or cast iron skilletand spread evenly. 4️⃣ Sprinkle the remaining bacon on top and bake for 20 minutes, until golden and bubbly. 5️⃣ Garnish with fresh thyme and serve immediately with your favorite dippers.
