Mango Balsamic Lassi

Print Friendly and PDF

Cool, creamy, and just a little unexpected — this mango lassi gets its signature depth from our Alfoos Mango White Balsamic, which layers in a bright, fruity tang that plain mango just can't match on its own. It's the kind of five-minute drink that tastes like you put in a lot more effort than you did. Serve it poolside, pour it alongside a spicy meal, or blend one up for a breakfast that feels like a treat.

Recipe: Mango Balsamic LassiServes 1

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup frozen mango

  • ½ cup whole milk

  • ⅓ cup + 1 tbsp plain whole-milk yogurt

  • 2–4 tbsp Alfoos Mango White Balsamic (start with 2, taste and add more)

  • 1 tbsp honey, or to taste

  • Small handful of ice

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients except honey and ice to a blender. Blend on high until smooth.

  2. Taste and add honey to sweeten, or more ice for a thicker, frostier texture.

  3. Pour and serve immediately.

Serving Ideas:

  • Alongside grilled chicken, lamb, or any dish with heat and spice

  • As a light, satisfying breakfast with a piece of toast

  • Topped with a pinch of cardamom or a small sprig of mint for a little extra flair

  • Served in a chilled glass over crushed ice on a hot summer day

Why We Love It: Our Alfoos Mango White Balsamic is made from the legendary Alphonso mango — considered the gold standard of mango varieties — giving this simple drink a flavor that's floral, tropical, and genuinely complex. It's one of our favorite summer pours, and this lassi is the best way to show it off.
