Mango Balsamic Lassi
Cool, creamy, and just a little unexpected — this mango lassi gets its signature depth from our Alfoos Mango White Balsamic, which layers in a bright, fruity tang that plain mango just can't match on its own. It's the kind of five-minute drink that tastes like you put in a lot more effort than you did. Serve it poolside, pour it alongside a spicy meal, or blend one up for a breakfast that feels like a treat.
Recipe: Mango Balsamic LassiServes 1
Ingredients:
¾ cup frozen mango
½ cup whole milk
⅓ cup + 1 tbsp plain whole-milk yogurt
2–4 tbsp Alfoos Mango White Balsamic (start with 2, taste and add more)
1 tbsp honey, or to taste
Small handful of ice
Instructions:
Add all ingredients except honey and ice to a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
Taste and add honey to sweeten, or more ice for a thicker, frostier texture.
Pour and serve immediately.
