Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute chopped onion in olive oil until carmelized (tip: add a splash of brandy to create a rich, deep carmelized flavor). Set aside and cool.

  2. In large bowl combine ground meat, jam, cooked onion, and spices. Mix well and form into 4 patties. Grill over charcoal approximately 4-5 minutes a side or until desired doneness.

  3. Serve on your favorite bun with all your favorite sides. I love brioche buns or onion rolls with a side of rosemary & sea salt roasted sweet potatoes, but you do you.
