The Valente Family has been handcrafting pasta in Charlottesville since 1982. Our pasta is plant based. Our facility is a one allergen facility. We only use vegetable powders, herbs and seasonings. In our shop there is NO soy, eggs, dairy, nuts or fish. And all of our ingredients are non-GMO.

Our pasta is rolled, cut and air-dried in a single allergen facility based in Charlottesville Virginia. We are boutique pasta company making fresh tasting, easy to prepare uniquely flavored pasta. We don’t use any artificial flavors or colorings; we let nature do her job. Our flavors comes from Non GMO vegetables, herbs, and seasonings. Our flour is grown and milled in the United States. Valente’s mission is to offer the best pasta experience for a reasonable price and to create a working environment that is fair and respects the rights of our team. We also try to have some fun! Today we remain a family-owned and operated business.

Available Flavors:

Basil Angel Hair: A light and fruity pasta to be served with seafood and fresh vegetables. Cook in 2-3 minutes.
Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, dried basil, water

Black Olive & Garlic: One of our favorites. This pasta tastes great with vegetables and olive oil or with tomato sauce. Cooks in 4-5 minutes in boiling water.
Ingredients: unbleached wheat flour, dried black olives, dried garlic and water

Chipotle Angel Hair: Chipotle Angel Hair is a smoky hot flavor with a little bit of heat! This pasta tastes great as a chilled pasta salad with shrimp and sesame oil with soy sauce, ginger and chopped green onions.
Ingredients: unbleached wheat flour, dried chipotle powder and water

Garlic Parsley : A classic pasta, serve with marinara sauce and fresh vegetables or follow the recipe on the package. Garlic Parsley Linguine makes "linguine with clam sauce" a snap. Toss pasta with fresh steamed clams.

Lemon Pepper: A tangy noodle, tastes great with seafood and chicken.

Red Pepper : Our red pepper pasta is naturally brightly colored with a snappy crushed red pepper added for flavor.

Roasted Garlic & Basil : This pasta has the rich and subtle flavors of Italy. Follow the recipe on the package or make your own.

Spinach : Our number one seller, make a classic Alfredo or follow our vegan Alfredo recipe on the package.

Tomato Basil : One of our most popular flavors and a traditional blend of tomatoes and basil. Serve hot or cold.
Ingredients: unbleached wheat flour, tomato powder, dried basil, and beet powder and water

Vegetable : Our combination of carrot, beet and spinach pasta, great with primavera vegetables or follow our recipe on the package.
